How to Easily Look at Your Competitor Facebook Ads

In this tutorial, I'll be sharing with you a tool where you can look/spy at your competitors' Facebook Ads easily. Don't worry, this is completely legal, the FBI will not knock at your house door just because you looked at all the ads Donald Trumps, Tai Lopez or someone else is running on Facebook.

The tool that I will be sharing with you today is Facebook Ad Library - an official tool provided by Facebook itself to promote advertising transparency.

With Facebook Ad Library, you can see all the ads businesses, politicians, organisations, or all the "fake gurus" are running on Facebook. Let's say we want to see what Elementor is advertising on Facebook, just type in the brand name on the search bar. After doing so, it'll show a few results that are most relevant to the keyword you've typed in.

Once you've selected the one you're looking for, you'll be able to see some basic information of the Facebook Page on the top section, this includes:-

  • Number of Likes on Facebook
  • Number of Followers on Instagram
  • Page Owner Details
  • Page Creation Date
  • Primary Country of People who manages the Page

And of course, all the ads of Elementor. You can even filter the ads by country, impression by date, and advertising platforms.

What's more? You can even see the landing page of Elementor's ads with Facebook Ad Library. All you need to do is to click on the button of any ads they have and it will directly bring you to their landing page.

Gentle reminder - Once you clicked on their ads, there is a 99.999% chance you'll see their remarketing ads.

If you think that's all you can do with Facebook Ads Library, well..... you're wrong. Is there any ads you hate seeing on Facebook? Maybe an ad starting with "Here in my garage, just bought this ....", hate in right? Well, you don't have to wait till you see their ads on Facebook only you can report them, you can use Facebook Ad Manager to report their ads as well.

Click on the more icon, and you'll see "Report Ad". That's it! Still, it's best to not misuse "Report Ad" as advertisers are just doing their job to provide solutions & value to you.

Btw, please don't tell anyone you've learnt this from me or else many advertisers (including myself) will hate me.....

That's all for this tutorial, I hope you've learnt something useful today. Have a nice day ahead.
